Knife Puech du Suquet
The Bras knife made in the Forges of Laguiole was designed to accompany meals served at the three-star restaurant Suquet in Laguiole. Our positioning is placed in the respect, the continuity and the enhancement of what makes the identity of the Bras House. Its design is inspired by Japanese saber and revisits the traditional Capuchadou. It enhances the simplicity of the assembly between the handle and the blade, while seeking a formal balance between roundness and lightness.
